Every New Year's Eve, at midnight, we end the calendar year with the IHLR Photo Finish, an e-single filled with the best flash pieces we found during our June submission period: flash prose (no more than 500 words) and compact poems (no more than 15 lines long). We pair each of the ten selected manuscripts with a photograph and then produce a beautiful full-color issue you can read on your handheld devices.
